DiyWeb ("we", "us") operates this FinOps portal for your organization. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our service.
Cloud access — read only
When you connect AWS, Azure, or GCP, we request read-only access to billing and cost data only. We use this to show spend, trends, recommendations, and budget alerts. We cannot create, change, or delete resources in your cloud accounts.
AWS: cross-account IAM role with cost and billing read permissions only.
Azure: read access to cost and usage data via Azure Cost Management.
GCP: read-only OAuth scopes for billing, project metadata, and BigQuery usage data.
Information we collect
• Account details (name, email) when you register
• Cloud account connection metadata
• Billing snapshots used for dashboards and reports
• Workspace preferences such as budgets and notifications
How we use information
We use your data only to provide the FinOps features in this portal. We do not sell your cloud billing data to third parties.
